Be3600 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the be3600 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the be3600 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and be3600 as the platform provider. Continued use following any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.

To use be3600's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. be3600 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your account secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the be3600 platform.
• Providing false information during registration may result in account suspension or closure and cancellation of any associated balance.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.

Users agree to use the be3600 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Any unlawful use, fraud, system manipulation or actions that compromise the integrity of the platform are strictly prohibited.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

Be3600 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending an account while the investigation is ongoing.

All financial transactions on the be3600 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX, TNG eWallet and other local payment methods listed in your account.

Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. be3600 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. For withdrawals, users are required to complete the KYC process first. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the selected method.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method.
• Any taxes or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

Account Suspension & Closure: be3600 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time without prior notice in cases of terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, requests by legal authorities or at be3600's sole discretion. In the case of a legitimate closure, any eligible fund balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation.

Intellectual Property: All content, logos, interfaces, software and materials on the be3600 platform are the exclusive property of be3600 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from be3600.
